Senior Change Management Consultant (High-Impact Engagements)
At ScienceDocs, we’re building a network of experienced change management professionals to support organizations through complex, high-stakes transitions. We’re not looking for generalists or training-focused roles. We’re looking for people who have actually led transformation—where adoption was difficult, resistance was real, and execution determined the outcome.
What You Should Bring:
- A track record of leading organizational change or transformation initiatives.
- Direct experience working with executive leadership.
- The ability to drive adoption of new operating models, not just recommend them.
- Comfort navigating resistance, ambiguity, and internal politics.
Strong Preference For:
- Background in consulting or operational transformation.
- Experience with structured frameworks (Prosci, Kotter, Lean, etc.).
- Work in complex environments (e.g., operations, logistics, manufacturing, or scaling organizations).
