Position Overview: Travel Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse

The Travel Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nurse with experience across multiple therapeutic areas. This per diem role focuses on delivering patient care at participants' homes and collaborating with brick and mortar sites when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide research nurse services at participants’ homes.
• Apply clinical research and nursing practices to address complex problems.
• Collaborate with lead nurses on education and resource support.
• Contribute to operational development of nursing service delivery.
• Develop relationships and serve as the subject matter expert on nursing processes.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred and active RN licensure with Compact Licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and Active Driver’s License.
• Availability for weekday/night shifts and travel to participant homes.

Additional Information

This role requires up to 100% travel as needed, adherence to federal and state regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and Standard Operating Procedures. Compensation is based on location and experience, with hourly rates typically between $50-55.
