Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide personalized recognition
- Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities
- Escort VIPs and manage check-in procedures
- Handle telephone calls promptly within three rings
- Manage cash handling and bank counts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk
- Assist with lobby activation as needed
- Secure guest PPI data and follow check-in/check-out checklists
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Education And Experience
Minimum one year in Front Desk Operations and a high school diploma. In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations is required.
