Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide personalized recognition
  • Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities
  • Escort VIPs and manage check-in procedures
  • Handle telephone calls promptly within three rings
  • Manage cash handling and bank counts
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk
  • Assist with lobby activation as needed
  • Secure guest PPI data and follow check-in/check-out checklists
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Education And Experience

Minimum one year in Front Desk Operations and a high school diploma. In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations is required.
