The Role
Schonfeld is seeking a qualified individual to support the Chief of Staff for the CTO organization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing diverse workloads while maintaining extreme confidentiality. You will gain insight into department operations and learn about various business areas.
What You'll Do
- Organize, analyze, and manage sensitive department data.
- Document department workflows for standardization and optimization.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and follow up on action items.
- Take and edit notes, and manage calendars with Executive Assistants.
- Gather information for PowerPoint presentations from senior management.
- Plan and coordinate firmwide department and social events.
- Collaborate with communications on internal announcements and external speaking events.
- Compile and disseminate project updates and team initiatives.
- Analyze department schedules and plan for offsites.
What You Need
- Exceptional judgment and confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a "can do" attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite, including file permissions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Personable, mature, and a team player.
We'd Love If You Had
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem (Confluence, Jira, Trello).
- Project management experience across stakeholders.
- An interest in the financial industry.

Compensation
The base pay for this role is between $125,000 and $150,000, with eligibility for performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation is determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
