Web Experience Leader - Digital Energy
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $142,400 - $213,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within this range, individual pay is influenced by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being programs, 12 holidays, 15 days of paid time off, and opportunities to purchase company stock.

What Will You Do:
Schneider Electric’s Digital Energy division is looking for a Web Experience Leader to shape the future of our global digital ecosystem. In this strategic, high‑impact role, you will transform our web presence into a dynamic, customer‑centric growth engine. You’ll define the vision, build the roadmap, accelerate innovation, and bring together cross‑functional teams worldwide to deliver intuitive, localized, and business‑aligned digital experiences.

Craft & Execute a Bold Digital Vision
- Own the strategy for next-generation web experiences aligned to Digital Energy’s global business objectives.
- Reimagine and elevate our country websites to improve offer discovery, customer engagement, and conversion.
Lead Cross‑Functional Digital Transformation
- Partner with Offer Management, Marketing, CXCT, country teams, and UX/UI experts to ensure cohesive execution and a unified digital experience.
- Act as a catalyst for digital excellence—aligning diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for transformation.
Innovate & Scale Digital Capabilities
- Pilot, evaluate, and scale emerging technologies and new digital capabilities.
- Drive localization, personalization, and enhanced experience design across markets.
Measure, Optimize & Continuously Improve
- Establish and manage a robust analytics framework, tracking KPIs such as engagement, conversion, offer visibility, and Net Satisfaction Score (NSS).
- Use insights to continuously refine and elevate user experiences across all touchpoints.

- You bring proven experience in product ownership, offer management, or channel leadership, ideally in software or digital environments.

- You’ve led web or digital transformation initiatives before and know what it takes to build intuitive, high‑impact experiences.
- You’re comfortable navigating complex environments and influencing leaders across functions and cultures.
A Collaborative, Global Partner
- You thrive in multicultural, international settings and collaborate seamlessly across time zones, including teams in India.
- You communicate with clarity, lead with empathy, and inspire people around a shared vision.
A Champion of User‑Centered Design & Analytics
- You bring experience in UX/UI, customer journey optimization, and web analytics tools.
- You understand how to translate data, insights, and feedback into actionable improvements.

- Proven leadership in digital transformation and web strategy.
- Strong business orientation and understanding of complex customer ecosystems.
- Experience with UX/UI, website performance analytics, and digital innovation.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for problem‑solving and innovation.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10% internationally (mainly Europe).
