About the role

Technician HTA Maintenance - F/H

Transfo Services, a subsidiary of the Schneider Electric group, specializes in the Maintenance of High Voltage (HTB), Medium Voltage (HTA), and Low Voltage (BT) electrical substations and related services, both on-site and in workshops. We are currently recruiting for a Medium Voltage (HTA) Maintenance Project Manager F/M for the North region, based at our Villepinte agency.

Your Role:

In this role, you will perform interventions (planned or unplanned) at our clients' sites (RTE, large buildings, factories across all sectors, etc.), where you will spend the majority of your time. You will be involved in our technical services, which include the maintenance and renovation of high-voltage electrical equipment such as distribution and power transformers, HTA switchgear, main distribution boards (TGBT), metering units, disconnectors, and circuit breakers.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize, prepare, and carry out maintenance interventions, renovation operations, and expert assessments at client sites.
  • Prepare interventions to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Perform services with care and professionalism, adhering to technical procedures and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.
  • Inspect and verify completed work.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including intervention reports.
  • Represent the SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC Group to our clients.
  • Maintain communication with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Contribute to business development through technical recommendations of our solutions during client interventions.

Your Profile:

  • A minimum of a Bac Pro in Electrotechnics or Mechanics.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Your Skills:

  • Significant experience in high and low voltage environments, with expertise in HTA-BT.
  • A desire to learn and develop technical skills with the support of experienced team members.
  • Willingness to travel independently to client sites (valid B driver's license required).
  • Strong organizational skills (ability to prioritize) and execution capabilities (ability to implement and complete interventions).
  • Flexibility, as the role involves regular travel.
  • Previous experience in a maintenance department within a large industrial or commercial company, or in a transformer repair/construction workshop would be a plus.

This position involves national travel, and overnight stays away from home are to be expected.
