About the Role

What will you do:

• Lead multi-technology engineering teams in developing new offers and evolving existing products, driving technical excellence across R&D centers.
• Spearhead technical specifications, performance optimization, and engineering quality while managing design budgets and team resources.
• Guide system engineering initiatives, including robust design reliability, simulation, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing teams.
• Direct technical activities throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to customer feedback integration.
• Champion design choices and technical risk management while ensuring product validation meets customer requirements.
