Senior Data Analyst - Front Office
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights. This role requires advanced analytical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work independently on complex projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring data is leveraged effectively to drive decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data projects and processes with minimal supervision.
- Gather, structure, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights in complex datasets.
- Design and develop dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Recommend improvements to data acquisition, analysis, and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
- Ensure data quality through cleansing, readiness tracking, and validation.
- Partner with the Data Domain team on regional/global initiatives.
- Lead automation projects in collaboration with the DTC team.
- Support onboarding and training related to general data migration processes.
- Standardize Data Ledger content in coordination with Data Analysts.
- Serve as PMDM/Power User and Master Data Trainer.
- Develop and maintain Data Quality Controls (DQC) for new solutions.
- Oversee data freeze and delta flow processes.
- Prepare and validate audit-related data throughout the year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and master data management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with PMDM systems and data migration processes.
- Prior experience in a global or matrixed organization.
- Professional certifications in data analytics or data management.
