About the Role

The Predictive Connected Services Hub is a critical component of Digital Services execution, providing significant value to our customers. This highly visible organization is at the forefront of Schneider Electric's Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Digitization initiatives. We are seeking remote support engineers who can combine deep technical expertise and a passion for customer service with the ability to leverage Ecostruxure Asset Advisor for Electrical Distribution to enhance the performance and reliability of our customers' electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform predictive and condition-based analyses of data generated by EAA Predictive, translating it into actionable insights.
  • Extract and analyze data, run analytics using software and expert knowledge.
  • Monitor asset health, including condition-based analytics, and adjust maintenance plans as necessary.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations and create customer reports, providing clear direction on required actions.
  • Interact with customers to provide remote troubleshooting via phone, chat, and email.
  • Create cases based on customer requests, initiate work order creation for Field Services dispatch, and engage Sales for service or product quotations.
  • Collaborate with a network of experts for advanced data analysis support and customer recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Effective communication skills (written, oral, reading, listening) in English.
  • Ability to keep stakeholders informed and build relationships to aid business development.

  • Three or four-year technical degree or equivalent relevant experience in electrical systems, engineering, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 3 years (5 years preferred) of experience with electrical distribution systems.
