Role Overview

As a Project Manager II, you will oversee multiple small to mid-sized building automation projects from inception to execution. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure timely, quality, and budget-conscious delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project objectives and develop detailed execution plans
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain strong communication across all project levels
  • Navigate dynamic and geographically dispersed project conditions
  • Uphold quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Automation, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience
  • Experience with HVAC systems, BAS, and electronic control technologies
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure and communication protocols
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project)

Benefits & Compensation

This full-time U.S.-based position offers a compensation of $115,000 - $130,000 per year, comprehensive medical benefits, flexible work arrangements, paid leave, 401(k) with match, and other employee perks.
