Role Overview
As a Project Manager II, you will oversee multiple small to mid-sized building automation projects from inception to execution. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure timely, quality, and budget-conscious delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project objectives and develop detailed execution plans
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain strong communication across all project levels
- Navigate dynamic and geographically dispersed project conditions
- Uphold quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Automation, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience
- Experience with HVAC systems, BAS, and electronic control technologies
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure and communication protocols
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project)
Benefits & Compensation
This full-time U.S.-based position offers a compensation of $115,000 - $130,000 per year, comprehensive medical benefits, flexible work arrangements, paid leave, 401(k) with match, and other employee perks.
