Offer Manager Busway Medium and High Power
Schneider Electric is seeking a talented Offer Manager to lead their Busway Offer for medium and high power busway in the U.S. This role is crucial for organizing the power distribution portfolio within industrial, commercial, and data center spaces. The Offer Manager will develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for Busway, manage the 4Ps of marketing, and drive business growth and customer value.
What will you do:
- Develop, communicate, and execute the strategic roadmap for Busway offerings, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
- Drive the development of a comprehensive Busway portfolio for the United States, including medium and high power busway (design and execution), ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, R&D, sales, and marketing communications to ensure successful lifecycle management of Busway related offers and solutions.
- Manage the 4Ps of marketing (product, price, place, and promotion) to effectively position and promote Busway offerings, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Collaborate with other Schneider business units to ensure they are enabled and empowered to use Busway offers in their business.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify market opportunities.
- Define value propositions and differentiate Busway offerings in the marketplace.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide training, tools, and support for successful commercialization and sales of Busway.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
