Junior Service and Projects Administration Specialist at Schneider Electric

Location and General Conditions:

  • Permanent employment contract after a 3-month probationary period.
  • Hybrid work (2x a week from the office in Warsaw at ul. Konstruktorska 12).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complaint handling: customer contact, registration of notifications, creation of warranty orders, cooperation with service in unusual cases.
  • Registration of service orders and contracts: documentation verification, customer confirmations, supplier orders.
  • Administrative support for project and service departments.
  • Creation of purchase orders and invoice settlement.
  • Issuing invoices for service and project clients.
  • Registration of new clients in the system.
  • Cooperation with departments: accounting, client credit, execution, service, sales, and legal.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry will be an additional asset.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Organizational and work scheduling skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office suite programs.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.

Languages:

  • Polish - fluent in speaking and writing.
  • English – communicative.
