Corporate Communication Specialist at Schneider Electric
Schneider Electric is seeking a strategic Corporate Communication Specialist to join the Pacific Zone Marketing Communications team in Macquarie Park, Sydney. This hybrid role blends internal communications and external brand storytelling to connect people, purpose, and performance.
Responsibilities
Internal Communications: Develop and deliver strategies aligned with business goals and company culture. Write and edit newsletters, leadership messages, announcements, and intranet content. Partner with HR, leaders, and cross-functional teams to support change and culture-building initiatives. Manage internal channels including Viva Engage, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, email platforms, and digital signage. Measure effectiveness and continually improve outcomes.
External Communications: Assist with press releases, media statements, and briefing documents. Support social media content planning and deployment. Contribute to media monitoring, reporting, and PR campaign coordination while ensuring internal and external messaging alignment.
Who You Are
We are looking for a confident communicator with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. You have experience in corporate communications, familiarity with digital tools, and interest in AI tools to boost content creation. You can manage multiple priorities and translate complex ideas into engaging content, collaborating effectively with marketing, HR, and leadership teams.
