Role Mission

The OEM Business Development Manager will develop partnerships with manufacturers of industrial rotating machines (e.g., pumps, compressors, fans). They will be responsible for integrating Eco-Adapt solutions within OEM product ranges and reporting directly to the Industry Business Development Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target and qualify potential industrial companies for partnership.
  • Prospect via phone or email and engage decision-makers.
  • Present solutions with a focus on machine reliability and energy efficiency.
  • Define, sell, and monitor pilot projects demonstrating technological performance and economic value.
  • Build tailored offers and secure commercial framework agreements.
  • Manage post-contract commercial relationships and account management activities.

Qualifications

A French engineering degree with 8 years of experience in strategy, transformation consulting and industrial business development is required. Fluency in French and English is essential; German is a strong plus. Strong technical understanding, tenacity, interpersonal skills, and autonomous sales pipeline management are vital.
