About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to support our growing DTC marketing team in delivering beautifully branded, high-performing email and SMS campaigns. In this role, you’ll help execute the day-to-day communications that connect our customers to the sensory and emotional world of fragrance—from new product launches to thoughtful post-purchase journeys.
You’ll collaborate with creative, ecommerce, and analytics teams to make sure every message is flawlessly built, tested, and launched—on time, every time.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Campaign Support & Execution
- Assist in the setup, testing, QA, and scheduling of email and SMS campaigns
- Ensure proper formatting, rendering, and responsiveness across devices and platforms
- Help maintain and update campaign calendars, coordinating across teams for asset readiness and approval
Customer Journey Support
- Support the maintenance and optimization of automated flows (e.g. welcome series, cart abandonment, replenishment)
- Monitor performance and flag areas for potential improvement or testing
- Maintain naming conventions, tagging, and organizational systems within CRM tools
List Management & Segmentation
- Assist in building and managing audience lists and segmentation for campaign and triggered sends
- Maintain subscriber health by supporting list hygiene, opt-in compliance, and deliverability best practices
Reporting & Optimization
- Help track key campaign metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, unsubscribes) and compile weekly performance reports
- Participate in A/B testing and help analyze results to guide future decisions
What We’ll Love About You (personality traits):
- You’re detail-obsessed—you catch the missing comma, mismatched hex code, or incorrect send time before anyone else.
- You’re organized and reliable, always making sure timelines are met and things go out the door just right.
- You have a strong sense of brand, and you care about making every communication feel beautiful and intentional.
- You’re curious and eager to learn, always looking to improve your craft and grow within a fast-moving team.
- You stay calm under pressure, and bring a sense of focus and thoughtfulness even when juggling deadlines.
- You love fragrance and emotional storytelling, and want to help connect customers to products in a meaningful way.
- You’re collaborative by nature, and bring positivity and clarity to every cross-functional project.
- You take pride in supporting great work, and understand that flawless execution is just as important as big ideas.
What You’ll Need to Have (required qualifications):
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or ecommerce (internships or entry-level experience welcome)
- Familiarity with CRM or ESP platforms (Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce, etc.) a plus
- Basic understanding of email/SMS marketing principles, list segmentation, and performance metrics
