The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Supply Chain & Production Planner eager to grow within the planning and supply chain domain. In this role, you will support our team in managing critical production flows, collaborating closely with the production department. You will utilize an advanced management system, enhanced by cutting-edge digital tools, to ensure efficiency.
This position is not solely a desk job; your office will be located within the production facility, requiring a hands-on approach. We value curiosity, a strong presence on the field, and a genuine desire to understand the intricacies of our processes.
What You Will Do
- Support the planning of production activities.
- Monitor orders, track timings, and manage material availability.
- Update and control data within the company's management system.
- Analyze production flows to identify and propose potential improvements.
- Facilitate operational coordination with both the production and purchasing departments.
What We Are Looking For
- A recent graduate in Management Engineering or a related field.
- An individual who thrives on bringing order to processes and ensuring smooth workflows.
- A concrete interest in supply chain management and industrial organization.
- An aptitude for working effectively in a dynamic production environment, beyond a typical office setting.
- Familiarity with and a strong interest in digital tools and Artificial Intelligence.
Given the operational nature of this role, we give preference to candidates residing within 15-20 km of our workplace.
