Compensation & Rewards
This is a 100% commission (W-2) role with uncapped earning potential. Direct commissions average between $1,000 and $5,000 per investor introduction, and top performers earn six figures with additional 7 to 9-figure back-end commissions.
Path to Leadership
Elite performers, generating 150+ presentation attendees within 30-60 days, are fast-tracked for promotion to Regional Sales Director, earning double commissions and team overrides.
