  • 100% commission (W-2) partnership for experienced connectors.
  • Earn direct commissions averaging $1,000–$5,000 per investor introduction.
  • Opportunity for 7 to 9-figure back-end commissions.
  • High performance can lead to a promotion to Regional Sales Director.
