Remote Business Development Rep
Are you an entrepreneur at heart, frustrated by income caps in traditional careers? SCDC is seeking a Business Development Rep who can spark curiosity and connect with potential investors for Class-A multifamily properties. This is a commission-only role with earning potential in the 6-7 figures, backed by a proven track record for high performers.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical sales role. Instead of closing deals, your mission is to invite qualified individuals to a one-hour investor presentation conducted by our senior team. Your success is measured by the number of qualified investor presentations and the revenue generated from direct commissions (averaging between $1,000 and $5,000 per deposit) and substantial back-end commissions.
