Community Development Corp (SCDC) is seeking a rare breed of Business Development Manager to join our mission in a true partner-like capacity. This role is 100% commission (W-2) and is for proven connectors and self-starters.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional sales role where you simply "close deals." Your mission is to spark curiosity and extend an invitation to a comprehensive one-hour investor presentation. Our senior team manages the remainder of the process.
