Community Development Corp (SCDC) is seeking a rare breed of Business Development Manager for a commission-only partnership. This role transforms the real estate landscape, making Class-A multifamily property ownership accessible to everyday families.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional sales role. Instead of closing deals, you spark curiosity and invite interested individuals to a one-hour investor presentation, with our senior team handling the close.

Compensation & Rewards

  • Earn significant commission per investor introduction ($1,000–$5,000 per deal).
  • Achieve 6-7 figure annual earnings with direct and back-end commissions.
