Remote Business Development Rep
Are you an entrepreneur at heart frustrated by income caps and bureaucracy? S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC) is seeking a unique Business Development Manager to join our mission in a true partner-like capacity, transforming real estate by enabling families to own Class-A multifamily properties.
This is not a traditional sales role. Instead of closing deals, you spark curiosity and invite prospects to a comprehensive one-hour investor presentation, with our senior team taking over afterwards.
Compensation & Rewards
- Direct 6-figure+ income through significant commissions per investor deposit.
- 7 to 9-figure back-end commissions on completed projects.
- Opportunity for fast-track promotion to Regional Sales Director with additional benefits.

- Natural connector with excellent rapport building skills.
