About the Role: Business Development Representative

The role involves finding everyday families, inviting them to an executive presentation, and generating a qualified audience, without directly closing deals.
The Role Responsibilities
- Act as a catalyst for curiosity and engagement.
- Leverage your network to secure presentation attendees.
- Generate a minimum of 40 qualified leads monthly.
- Work on a 100% commission-based compensation structure.
- Opportunity to fast-track into Regional Sales Director.
The Rewards
Earn significant commissions with 6-figure+ direct income and 7 to 9-figure back-end commissions upon project completion.
