Overview

SCDC is searching for a dynamic Remote Business Development Representative who is an entrepreneur at heart. This role is commission-only and offers an uncapped, 6-figure+ earning potential, with additional back-end commissions.

Role & Responsibilities

You will spark curiosity rather than closing deals, identify potential investor-purchasers, and invite them to a one-hour investor presentation. The senior team will handle the subsequent process.

  • Generate investor interest through engaging conversations.
  • Schedule comprehensive one-hour presentations.
  • Earn direct commissions and back-end commissions.
  • Exceed performance metrics to progress to leadership.
  • Operate in a commission-only, partnership model.

The Rewards

This position offers significant earning potential with direct commissions averaging $1,000–$5,000 per successful introduction, and additional 7 to 9-figure back-end commissions. Top performers can advance to the Regional Sales Director role.
