Remote Business Development Rep

Are you an entrepreneur at heart, frustrated by income caps and bureaucracy? Do you desire a challenge where your ability to connect is directly tied to uncapped, six-figure+ earnings?

S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC) is looking for a rare breed of Business Development Manager who will spark curiosity and extend compelling invitations for life-changing financial opportunities. This is not a traditional sales role. Rather than closing deals, you will introduce potential investor-purchasers who then attend a comprehensive one-hour investor presentation, with our senior team handling the remainder.

Compensation & Rewards:

  • Direct commission: Earn significant commission per investor introduction.
  • Back-end commissions: Earn on portfolios as projects complete.
  • Path to leadership: Fast-track to Regional Sales Director with double commissions and team overrides.

Partnership Requirements:

  • 100% commission (W-2) basis; no base salary.
  • Natural connector with strong rapport building skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high-stakes prospecting.
  • Ready to meet ambitious performance metrics.
