Community Development Corp (SCDC) challenges the top 1% of connectors, entrepreneurs, and self-starters who are ready to earn 6-7 figures commission only. This role focuses on inviting qualified individuals to a one-hour executive presentation to generate wealth-building opportunities through multi-million dollar real estate portfolios.
The Role
You are a Catalyst for Curiosity. Forget traditional sales and closing deals; instead, you open doors. Your success is measured by your ability to generate a minimum of 40 qualified presentation attendees per month using your network and storytelling skills.
The Reality
- 100% commission-based W-2 position with no base salary.
- Earn commission per sale between $1,000–$5,000 with significant back-end bonuses.
- Potential for fast-track promotion to Regional Sales Director.
- High performance metrics required.
