About the Role

As a Remote Business Development Manager, you will open doors by leveraging your network to generate qualified leads for multi-million dollar real estate portfolio presentations.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate a minimum of 40 qualified presentation attendees per month
- Create intrigue and secure attendance at executive presentations
- Utilize your network and storytelling skills instead of traditional sales closing
- Work on a 100% commission basis with clear performance metrics
- Potential fast-track to Regional Sales Director for top performers
Reward Structure
Earn 6-figure+ direct income with commissions averaging between $1,000–$5,000 per sale, plus 7-9 figure back-end commissions upon project completion.
