About the Role
This is a challenge for the top 1% of connectors, entrepreneurs, and self-starters looking for uncapped commission-based income. In this role as a Business Development Representative, you will leverage your network to secure attendance at a one-hour executive presentation. Your goal is to generate a qualified audience for the senior team who will handle the closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate a minimum of 40 qualified presentation attendees per month.
- Leverage your network to open doors rather than close deals.
- Work autonomously in a 100% commission-based environment.
- Support the path for families to build generational wealth through real estate.
- Progress towards leadership roles based on performance.
Compensation & Rewards
This role operates on a commission only structure with high earning potential. Earn average commissions of $1,000–$5,000 per sale and benefit from 7-9 figure back-end commissions on sales portfolios.
