The Role
Business Development Representative (Commission Based)
You are a Catalyst for Curiosity. Instead of closing deals, you open doors by leveraging your network to secure attendance at a one-hour executive presentation. Your success is measured by generating a minimum of 40 qualified presentation attendees per month.
The Reality
- This is a W-2, 100% commission-based role without a base salary.
- Income is directly tied to performance with clear metrics.
- High direct commissions per sale and substantial back-end commissions.
