About the Role: Business Development Manager

This is a direct challenge to the top 1% of connectors, entrepreneurs, and self-starters who know their worth and refuse a capped salary. S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC) offers a revolutionary, mission-driven opportunity that provides a pathway for everyday families to build generational wealth through multi‐million dollar real estate portfolios. Your role is to find potential clients and invite them to a one-hour executive presentation, where our senior team handles the closing.

The Role

You are a Catalyst for Curiosity. Forget traditional sales. Instead of closing deals, you open doors by leveraging your network to create intrigue and generate qualified audience attendance.

  • Operate on a 100% commission-based structure (W-2 status).
  • Generate a minimum of 40 qualified presentation attendees per month.
  • Earn 6-7 figures via direct and back-end commissions.
  • Opportunity for fast-track promotion to Regional Sales Director.
