This is a direct challenge to the top 1% of connectors, entrepreneurs, and self-starters who know their worth and are tired of salary caps. At S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC), you will help everyday families build generational wealth by introducing them to multi-million dollar real estate portfolio opportunities.

The Role: Catalyst for Curiosity

You don't close deals; you open doors. Your task is to leverage your network and create intrigue to secure attendance at a one-hour executive presentation, while our senior team handles the closing. Success is measured by generating a minimum of 40 qualified presentation attendees monthly.

Compensation and Rewards

  • 6-Figure+ direct income with $1,000–$5,000 average commission per sale.
  • 7 to 9-Figure back-end commissions based on portfolio sales.
  • Fast-track to leadership with promotion to Regional Sales Director for top performers.
