About the Role
This is a direct challenge to the top 1% of connectors, entrepreneurs, and self-starters who know their worth. As a Business Development Manager at SCDC, you are expected to generate a qualified audience by leveraging your network and curiosity. You will invite everyday families to explore the pathway to build generational wealth through multi-million dollar real estate portfolios.
The Role
You are a Catalyst for Curiosity. Forget traditional sales; you open doors rather than close deals. You secure attendance at a comprehensive one-hour executive presentation, with our senior team handling the closing.
- Generate a minimum of 40 qualified presentation attendees per month.
- Operate in a 100% commission-based environment (W-2 employed).
- Earn direct commissions per sale ($1,000–$5,000 average) and 7 to 9-figure back-end commissions.
- Opportunity for fast-track promotion to Regional Sales Director.
