The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you act as a Catalyst for Curiosity. Rather than closing deals, you open doors by leveraging your network to generate a qualified audience for an executive presentation. Your performance is measured by the number of qualified attendees you generate.

Compensation Structure

  • 100% commission-based with no base salary
  • Earn 6-figures from direct income per sale
  • Substantial back-end commissions (7 to 9-figures potential) upon project completion
  • Fast-track promotion opportunities to Regional Sales Director
