Business Development Representative

This is a direct challenge for the top 1% of connectors, entrepreneurs, and self-starters who believe in earning based on performance. At S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC), you are invited to open doors rather than simply close deals. You will leverage your network and natural storytelling skills to generate a qualified audience for a top-notch executive presentation.

The Role

You are a catalyst for curiosity. Your main responsibility is to generate at least 40 qualified presentation attendees per month. The senior team handles closing; your role is to spark interest and invite potential clients.

The Reality

This W-2, 100% commission-based role does not offer a base salary. Your income directly reflects your performance through:

  • Earn 6-figure+ direct income per sale
  • Gain 7 to 9-figure back-end commissions
  • Opportunity for fast-track promotion to Regional Sales Director
