As a Business Development Manager, you are a catalyst for curiosity, responsible for leveraging your network to secure qualified attendees for in-depth executive presentations.
The Opportunity
- 100% commission-based compensation with no base salary
- Earn significant direct commissions (average $1,000–$5,000 per sale)
- Potential for 7-9 figure back-end commissions upon project completion
- Clear performance metrics: minimum 40 qualified attendees per month
- Pathway to rapid leadership promotion to Regional Sales Director
