Why Scaleway Needs You
Scaleway's growth necessitates strengthening the Core Services Product team to evolve the account platform. This role will optimize client access and interaction with the Scaleway ecosystem. The mission is to lead the product strategy and evolution of the Account platform, optimizing onboarding, ensuring secure account management, and providing reliable user data.
Your Future Team
You will join a collaborative and international team of 6 individuals dedicated to the Account platform. This critical product impacts the entire customer lifecycle, from creation and authentication to support and data governance. The team collaborates closely with numerous other product teams and departments, integrating account services across the platform (console, notifications, search, billing, etc.).
Your Daily Routine
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Scaleway’s Account platform.
- Improve the account creation and onboarding journey for diverse customer profiles.
- Design and evolve the account architecture (tenant, organization, project, user model) for enterprise customers.
- Lead initiatives for authentication, account lifecycle management, and security.
- Ensure the user database is a reliable “source of truth” for internal systems like billing, BI, and product services.
- Work on fraud prevention, compliance (GDPR), and account protection mechanisms.
- Improve resource and product search capabilities within the platform.
- Promote and enhance the support experience, including ticket management and support plan visibility.
- Collaborate with Trust, Support, Marketing Growth, SalesOps, and Legal teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Utilize product data and experimentation tools to prioritize and measure product impact.
About You
Hardskills
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong data-driven product mindset with experience using analytics tools.
- Experience with platform, account, onboarding, or authentication systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product tools like Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms, or A/B testing tools.
Softskills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to understand complex technical environments.
- Diplomacy and collaboration skills for cross-team work.
- Rigor and organization in managing priorities and documentation.
