Why We Need You
Scaleway's growth necessitates strengthening the Mail Deliverability team to gain full control of the mail stack and create specialized monitoring tools. Your mission is to manage mail deliverability for TEM and Mailbox products, ensuring customers can use mail solutions with an excellent reputation and zero deliverability issues.
Your Future Team
You will join a collaborative, international team of 5 production specialists. This is a newly created role where you will lead project creation and provide technical oversight for the mail stack. The team currently consists of two Specialists and two Advanced profiles.
Your Daily Routine
- Manage and optimize mail deliverability for TEM and Mailbox products.
- Design and build a custom monitoring stack for mail performance and reputation.
- Take full ownership of the mail stack to ensure a high-quality service.
- Monitor and combat spam to protect the platform's reputation.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks affecting mail delivery.
- Develop internal tools to automate deliverability tracking.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain a robust infrastructure.
- Stay updated on global mail security and deliverability standards.

- Deep understanding of mail protocols and authentication (DMARC, RUA/RUF, SPF, DKIM).
