Why We Need You
Our growth requires strengthening the Mail Deliverability team to gain full control of our mail stack and develop specialized monitoring tools. Your mission is to manage mail deliverability for our TEM and Mailbox products, ensuring customers have an excellent reputation and zero deliverability issues with our mail solutions.
Your Future Team
You will join a collaborative and international team of 5 focused on production. This is a newly created role where you will lead project creation and provide technical oversight for the mail stack within a growing team.
Your Daily Routine
Tasks
- Manage and optimize mail deliverability for TEM and Mailbox products.
- Design and build a custom monitoring stack for mail performance and reputation.
- Take full ownership of the mail stack to ensure high-quality service.
- Monitor and combat spam to protect the platform's reputation.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks affecting mail delivery.
- Develop internal tools to automate deliverability tracking.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain a robust infrastructure.
- Stay updated on global mail security and deliverability standards.
