In the past 90 days, SCALEUP.house has automated client reporting workflows, built live BI dashboards for scale-up founders, and developed AI-driven market research pipelines. We are seeking an intern to contribute to these efforts and accelerate our growth. This is a hands-on internship with real client deliverables. You will be actively involved in projects, not performing menial tasks. Within 3-6 months, you will have a live BI dashboard in your portfolio used by clients and the skills to build future ones.

What You'll Do

• AI-second execution: Utilize GenAI tools daily for research, workflow automation, and enhancing analytical output, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking in the initial stages.
• Data intelligence: Mine, clean, and interpret client datasets to derive actionable insights for executive-level decision-making.
• Market research & strategy: Conduct global market research and produce impactful reports that drive client action.
• Digital solutions development: Hands-on experience in building processes, maintaining legacy systems, and creating data dashboards to foster client growth and personal development.
• End-to-end ownership: Manage the complete business cycle, from initial scalability diagnostics to deploying strategic processes and tools, with guidance from senior team members.

• Academic background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or Management.

THE DETAILS

• Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week) or Part-time (30 hrs/week)
• Location: 100% remote - work from anywhere
• Duration: 3 to 6 months, with potential for extension or full-time offer
• Start: ASAP or flexible
• Compensation: Scholarship; assistance with Erasmus+ and university scholarship applications provided.
