About the Role
This is not an entry-level outbound role. Scaled is hiring a technically strong, systems-first GTM Engineer with extensive Clay experience in an agency environment. You will build, launch, and scale outbound campaigns across multiple client accounts with full autonomy, working remotely with a minimum 50% UK time zone overlap.
Core Responsibilities
Clay-First Prospecting & Workflow Architecture: Build advanced Clay workflows for multiple client accounts using Claygent, enrichment APIs, scraping, triggers, and conditional logic. Turn raw data into qualified, signal-based outbound lists while maintaining sourcing transparency and compliance.
Campaign Setup & Launch Ownership: Set up and launch multi-client outbound campaigns using Instantly / Smartreach. Configure inbox infrastructure, create variable sequences, and optimize performance without supervision.
GTM Systems & Technical Infrastructure: Manage CRM architecture (HubSpot/similar), deliverability stack (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, subdomains), enrichment and validation tooling, and automation reporting frameworks linking outbound to pipeline.
Deliverability & Performance Management: Monitor domain health across 5+ client accounts, adjust sending logic, monitor bounce/spam/reply rates, and maintain clean lists.
Experimentation & Playbook Building: Run weekly tests on targeting, messaging, and sequencing. Document hypotheses and continuously improve system architecture while contributing to GTM playbook development.
Mandatory Experience
Must have extensive Clay experience in an agency environment and hands-on outbound campaign launch experience. Strong technical knowledge of GTM systems and deliverability infrastructure is required. Candidates should have experience managing multiple client accounts and be comfortable with a high-autonomy, remote work environment.

How You’ll Work
This is a remote-first role requiring minimum 50% UK overlap. Performance reviews occur weekly and experimentation deep-dives monthly. Clear ownership and measurable metrics define this part-time engagement.
