Job Description
Role Overview: UI/UX Designer
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling design solutions across websites, landing pages, CMS-driven experiences, and mobile applications. This role plays a key part in shaping user experiences across B2B and B2C projects, requiring strong independent execution, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality design work across multiple platforms. This position is fully remote, requiring availability to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s Pacific Standard Time (9 AM – 5 PM PST).
Key Responsibilities
- Web, CMS & Landing Page Design: Design and evolve high-quality websites, marketing pages, and CMS-driven experiences across platforms such as Webflow and custom builds. Ensure designs prioritize clarity, performance, conversion, and responsive behavior across devices.
- Mobile App Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing mobile application interfaces that deliver strong user experiences.
- Presentation & Deck Design: Create compelling presentation decks to communicate ideas clearly and visually when needed.
- Autonomous Workflow: Work independently while managing time, priorities, and multiple projects efficiently. Maintain high design standards with minimal supervision.
- B2B & B2C Design: Adapt design approaches to serve both business clients and direct-to-consumer audiences. Deliver relevant, effective design solutions aligned with different user needs and conversion goals.
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience in UI/UX and product design with a strong portfolio showcasing web platforms, marketing sites, landing pages, and mobile applications.
- Experience designing and shipping websites in Webflow, including CMS-driven pages and responsive layouts.
- Background designing for both B2B and B2C products.
- Experience collaborating with developers and working within real technical constraints.
Skills
- Fluency in Figma for design systems, component libraries, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
- Strong understanding of modern UX principles, accessibility standards, responsive design, and customer experience optimization.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute quickly.
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools, including Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create polished, client-ready deliverables, including presentation decks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with availability to work during PST hours.
