This role is fully remote, operating from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
As an SEO Strategist, you will be crucial in analyzing keywords and SERPs, developing effective subreddit content strategies, and ensuring discussion-based content achieves organic ranking in Google and favorable AI-generated summaries. This position uniquely blends SEO expertise with AI optimization and scalable process development.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and SERP analysis, specifically targeting discussion-based content.
- Identify viable ranking opportunities where subreddit posts can effectively compete in search results.
- Develop SEO-, GEO-, and LLM-optimized strategies for subreddit content.
- Structure titles and post bodies to align precisely with user search intent and AI comprehension.
- Monitor and track post-level performance, reporting on visibility and overall ranking trends.
- Document a repeatable Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) covering keyword research, content creation, optimization, and reporting.
- Provide essential knowledge transfer sessions to facilitate scalable implementation across the team.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience in SEO strategy, including GEO and LLM optimization.
- Strong practical experience with industry-standard SEO tools like SEMrush or similar platforms.
- A proven track record of successfully ranking forum or discussion-based content in Google.
- Experience in optimizing brand-owned subreddits or various community platforms.
- The ability to translate intricate workflows into clear, actionable SOPs.
- An analytical, data-driven mindset coupled with strong collaboration skills.
