Role Overview
The Senior Growth Marketer will own day-to-day execution across content, SEO, email, ABM campaigns, social media, and website optimization. The role focuses on translating strategy from the Fractional CMO into consistent, high-quality marketing output that drives engagement, leads, and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Content & SEO Execution: Produce and manage blog posts, landing pages, vertical service pages; optimize content for SEO including headers, metadata, and internal linking; update existing content to improve performance; execute content production from keyword maps and briefs.
Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns in HubSpot including lead nurture sequences, vertical-specific campaigns, and re-engagement flows; optimize subject lines and calls to action; support sales enablement with targeted email assets.
ABM Campaign Execution: Execute account-based marketing campaigns by vertical; coordinate content, email, and paid social support; manage target account lists and ensure campaign alignment with funnel stages.
Social Media & Paid Social: Manage organic LinkedIn content; execute LinkedIn paid social campaigns; amplify thought leadership and company announcements; track engagement and audience growth.
Website Engagement & Conversion Optimization: Optimize calls to action, forms, landing pages, and content flows; coordinate with PPC agency; monitor and improve website conversion rates.
Tools, Reporting & Coordination: Own day-to-day HubSpot execution; track performance metrics with weekly reports; coordinate with the Fractional CMO, PPC/SEM agency, and design/development teams.
Qualifications
5–8 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong background in content marketing, SEO, email and lifecycle marketing. HubSpot expertise and excellent written English are required. Experience in healthcare, SaaS, logistics, or professional services is preferred. The candidate must be highly organized, execution-focused, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Consistent content publication across channels, organic traffic growth, improved email engagement, enhanced lifecycle progression, sales-qualified leads, and measurable improvements in website conversion rates.
