Known for high-quality “ready-to-tile” products, the company serves a diverse customer base that includes DIY homeowners, professional contractors, and global hospitality brands, with a strong reputation for reliability and practical installation solutions. They’re looking for a Search Marketing Specialist to bring performance marketing in-house and take ownership of the company’s digital search and paid media ecosystem. This role will focus on managing multi-platform advertising campaigns, improving organic search performance through technical SEO initiatives, and driving measurable growth across digital channels.What You’ll Do
- Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement strategies to improve organic search visibility
- Optimize campaigns through keyword research, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align digital campaigns with broader growth initiatives
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience managing both SEO and SEM for a product-based brand
- Experience managing advertising budgets between $30,000 and $50,000 per month
- Strong expertise with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Microsoft Ads, and GA4
- Proven experience performing technical SEO audits and improving organic performance
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights
