About the Role

Our client, a multi-state pharmacy services provider specializing in customized compounding solutions and cash-only pharmaceutical services, is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive. This role involves supporting clinics and healthcare teams by delivering specialized medications that require clear education, accurate explanation, and strong relationship management.

As a Sales Executive, you will operate in a complex medical sales environment with minimal training, taking full ownership of the entire sales process. This includes everything from cold outreach and discovery to video presentations, nurturing cycles, and ultimately driving long-term clinic adoption.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct daily outbound calls and multi-touch outreach to clinics across multiple states.
  • Lead full-cycle sales activities: prospecting, qualification, education, presentations, and closing deals.
  • Clearly explain complex compounding services to physicians and clinic decision-makers.
  • Manage long-nurture, consultative sales cycles with consistent, diligent follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline updates, and detailed activity logs across various sales tools.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of proven experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, dental, or other regulated technical sales environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle, including cold outreach and multi-step nurturing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to simplify specialized pharmacy concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong investigative skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and persistence crucial for long-cycle sales.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Zoom, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
