PPC Specialist at Scale Army Careers
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.
Our client is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to support their portfolio of health and wellness clients. The team focuses on executing high-performing paid media strategies while maintaining strong collaboration across account management, creative, and organic content teams. This is a hands-on role centered on campaign implementation, optimization, reporting, and message alignment across paid and organic channels, with periodic client interaction and presentation responsibilities.
Location: Fully remote | 9 AM – 5 PM CST
Role Overview
The PPC Specialist will execute and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook/Meta platforms. This role is responsible for campaign setup, optimization, reporting, keyword research, performance analysis, and light content creation, ensuring strategic alignment between paid media efforts and broader marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Campaign Management (Primary Focus)
- Manage approximately 20 paid media client accounts.
- Set up, configure, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Meta campaigns.
- Execute bid management and allocate budgets across campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Pull and analyze reports from ad platforms.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to account managers and clients.
Keyword Research & Strategy
- Conduct keyword research specific to paid media targeting.
- Differentiate paid media keyword optimization from SEO keyword strategy.
- Collaborate with account managers to translate strategic direction into campaign execution.
- Identify high-performing keywords and audience segments.
Ad Creation & Asset Management
- Write compelling ad headlines and copy aligned with brand guidelines and existing content.
- Incorporate creative assets (images, videos) into campaigns using platform tools.
- Leverage AI tools to support copywriting efforts as needed.
- Provide feedback to creative designers on campaign requirements.
Performance Analysis & Budget Recommendations
- Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend optimizations.
- Propose budget adjustments supported by performance data.
- Communicate campaign status and insights to account managers.
- Support budget increase recommendations with data-backed justification.
Light Content Creation (Secondary Focus)
- Create and schedule blog posts aligned with paid media themes.
- Ensure alignment between paid campaigns and organic content efforts.
- Repurpose ad messaging and insights into long-form blog content.
- Suggest blog topics based on ad performance and audience behavior.
- Write content that supports overall campaign strategy.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with account managers on campaign strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with creative designers on asset requirements.
- Work with organic content teams to maintain unified messaging and objectives.
- Participate in client calls to present results and discuss performance.
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Meta platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing a minimum of $2,000/month in ad spend per account or $40,000/month total.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns and/or driving foot traffic to physical locations.
- Experience working in an agency environment with multiple clients preferred.
- Experience in health and wellness, consumer products, luxury brands, or higher-ticket items ($10,000+) preferred.
- Blog writing or content creation experience preferred.
Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, ad groups, targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting.
- Proficiency in paid media keyword research and audience targeting.
- Excellent ad copywriting skills and ability to align messaging with brand positioning.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
- Ability to connect performance data to strategic budget recommendations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for client-facing presentations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with account managers, designers, and content teams.
- Adaptability to manage multiple client types and brands simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting and content support preferred.
- Understanding of higher-end consumer brand positioning and integrated paid/organic strategy preferred.
