Overview: PPC Specialist at Scale Army Careers

Scale Army Careers is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to support their portfolio of health and wellness clients. This role focuses on executing high-performing paid media strategies and maintaining strong collaboration across account management, creative, and organic content teams. It is a hands-on position centered on campaign implementation, optimization, reporting, and message alignment, with periodic client interaction and presentation responsibilities.

This fully remote role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM CST) to support U.S.-based clients.

Role Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Campaign Management (Primary Focus): Manage approximately 20 paid media client accounts, including setting up, configuring, and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook/Meta campaigns. Execute bid management, allocate budgets, and monitor performance with data-driven optimizations.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Pull and analyze reports from ad platforms, presenting performance insights and recommendations to account managers and clients.
  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct specialized keyword research for paid media, differentiating from SEO. Collaborate with account managers to translate strategy into execution, identifying high-performing keywords and audience segments.
  • Ad Creation & Asset Management: Write compelling ad headlines and copy aligned with brand guidelines. Incorporate creative assets using platform tools and leverage AI tools for copywriting. Provide feedback to creative designers.
  • Performance Analysis & Budget Recommendations: Identify underperforming campaigns, recommend optimizations, and propose data-backed budget adjustments. Communicate campaign status and support budget increase justifications.
  • Light Content Creation (Secondary Focus): Create and schedule blog posts aligned with paid media themes, ensuring alignment with organic content. Repurpose ad messaging into long-form content and suggest blog topics based on ad performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with account managers, creative designers, and organic content teams to ensure unified messaging and objectives. Participate in client calls to discuss results.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Meta platforms. Demonstrated experience managing a minimum of $2,000/month in ad spend per account or $40,000/month total. Experience with lead generation campaigns and/or driving foot traffic is essential. Agency environment experience with multiple clients, and experience in health and wellness, consumer products, luxury brands, or higher-ticket items ($10,000+) are preferred. Blog writing or content creation experience is also a plus.
  • Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including campaign setup, ad groups, targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting. Proficiency in paid media keyword research and audience targeting. Excellent ad copywriting, strong analytical and data interpretation abilities. Clear written and verbal communication for client presentations. Ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to multiple client types, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting and an understanding of higher-end consumer brand positioning are preferred.
