Outbound Growth Lead
Scale Army Careers is seeking an Outbound Growth Lead to build and own the outbound engine for an AI-native company focused on workforce enablement, consulting, and building scalable systems for AI integration. Role Overview
The Outbound Growth Lead will be responsible for developing and managing the company’s outbound strategy from inception to execution. Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Pipeline Generation
- End-to-end ownership of the outbound motion, encompassing strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization.
- Identification of target personas and market segments across various industries.
- Execution of multi-channel outbound campaigns, including email, LinkedIn, events, and list reactivation initiatives.
- Generation of qualified sales pipeline and booking meetings for the founder/closer.
