Our client is looking for a project management professional who can strengthen internal operations by creating structure, improving workflows, and driving consistency across how work is delivered in a fast-moving remote environment. They’re seeking a Marketing Project Manager who can take ownership of internal systems, improve workflow clarity, and ensure projects move efficiently across teams with strong operational discipline.

What You’ll Do

• Own and restructure the project management system, starting with ClickUp cleanup and organization
• Define and document scalable processes for client work, internal collaboration, and deliverables
• Coordinate across distributed teams to keep projects on track and deadlines visible
• Evaluate current tools and recommend workflow improvements when needed
• Use AI and automation to streamline repetitive processes and improve execution

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
• Expert-level proficiency with ClickUp and strong systems-thinking ability
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana or similar platforms
• Strong process design skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to create clarity in fast-changing environments
