Marketing Operations Analyst - Scale Army Careers
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.
Our client is an AI-powered go-to-market strategy and execution company serving enterprise and mid-market organizations. They help leadership teams architect GTM strategy, train internal teams to operate new systems, and guide transformation initiatives with a strong focus on execution ownership. Currently in launch mode with active paying clients, secured speaking engagements, and a growing thought leadership presence, the company is building an operational engine designed to support enterprise-level delivery through a lean and highly capable team.

Role Overview
The Marketing Ops Analyst will be the operational backbone of the business, combining marketing coordination, systems building, project management, and content execution. This role will own CRM setup and maintenance, automation workflows, content repurposing, speaking pipeline coordination, and day-to-day operational infrastructure that keeps leadership focused on revenue-generating work. The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous generalist who can think systematically, write clearly, learn new tools quickly, and drive outcomes without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Set up and manage Attio CRM, including contact records, deal pipeline stages, tagging structure, and reporting views.
- Build marketing automation workflows, including website visitor triggers, lead capture sequences, follow-up cadences, and nurture flows.
- Configure email templates and sequences for prospect outreach, event follow-ups, and newsletter subscriber engagement.
- Maintain clean CRM data through deduplication, enrichment, and lifecycle stage tracking.
Operations & Infrastructure
- Implement the internal operations playbook across content, sales, client delivery, and business infrastructure workflows.
- Manage the speaking engagement pipeline by researching conferences, submitting applications, tracking deadlines, and coordinating logistics.
- Set up and manage project tracking across all active workstreams.
- Handle business administration tasks including vendor coordination, scheduling, and document management.
- Support website updates using Claude Code or coordinate with contractors when needed.
Content & Social Media
- Manage the LinkedIn content calendar for both the CEO’s personal account and the company page.
- Draft LinkedIn posts, newsletter editions, and social content in the CEO’s voice using AI tools.
- Repurpose podcasts and speaking engagements into video shorts, audiograms, pull quotes, and written content.
- Coordinate newsletter production using Beehiiv, including formatting, scheduling, and subscriber management.
- Support content creation for proposals, case studies, and client-facing materials.
Sales & Pipeline Support
- Conduct prospect research before sales calls and meetings.
- Draft and send follow-up emails and outreach sequences.
- Track pipeline activity in Attio and flag opportunities that require attention.
- Coordinate event-related outreach, including pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a hybrid marketing and operations role, ideally in a startup or small company environment.
- Experience setting up and managing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience building marketing automation workflows, including email sequences, lead scoring, and trigger-based actions.
- Experience with newsletter or email platforms such as Beehiiv, HubSpot, or similar tools is preferred.
- Experience managing speaking engagement submissions, event logistics, or short-form content production is preferred.
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise technology marketing is preferred.
Skills
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write in a specific executive voice.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn content management and social media scheduling.
- Comfort working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to accelerate output.
- Proficiency with Canva, Google Suite, and basic video editing tools.
- Familiarity with Claude Code or willingness to learn basic website updates.
- Strong self-management, organization, and ability to create structure independently while meeting deadlines without reminders.
What Success Looks Like
- By Day 30, Attio CRM is fully set up with contact records, deal pipeline stages, and basic automation workflows in place, while the speaking engagement pipeline is actively organized and first content repurposing outputs are published.
- By Day 60, full marketing automation is operational, content repurposing is producing consistent multi-channel output, and operational workflows are running weekly without leadership coordination.
- By Day 90, leadership no longer spends time on CRM maintenance, content logistics, or operational coordination, with full pipeline visibility and documented workflows across all operational domains.
- Operational gaps are identified proactively, with improvements suggested and implemented independently.
